Our Story

Created in Atlanta, IQS inc. was the merger of two separate but complementary companies. One that focused on new construction in the downtown areal, and the other a residential contracting company from Atlanta's eastern suburbs. We combined in order to pool our talents and resources to better compete in Atlanta's booming real estate market.

With backgrounds in the U.S. Army and the Corps of Engineers, we support our men and women of the military.  And yes we do offer a military discount for active, reserve and retired military.
